PhD, MEd, RN, is a dedicated nursing educator currently teaching at Broward College. With a profound background in nursing education, having earned her PhD from Barry University and a Master’s from Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Taffe excels in curriculum development and fostering advanced nursing practices. Her research is particularly focused on psychological empowerment and the use of simulation in nursing education, areas in which she has contributed insightful studies and presentations. A member of the American Nurses Association and the Florida Nurses Association, Dr. Taffe is committed to enhancing nursing education through evidence-based practices and innovative teaching methodologies. Her work not only enriches her students’ learning experiences but also advances the field of nursing education.
